Liverpool – Bayern Munich in Champions League last-16 draw
Sixteen teams, eight couples, three England-Germany clashes. It was a very interesting draw. Liverpool will face Bayern Munich in the Champions League round of 16. Both teams have five titles. Which will progress?
Premier League holders Manchester City will take on Schalke 04 and Tottenham Hotspur will face Borussia Dortmund in the other clashes between the Premier League and the Bundesliga. In other ties, the three in a row holders Real Madrid will face four-times winners Ajax Amsterdam, Barcelona take on Olympique Lyonnais, while AS Roma face Porto and Juventus face Europa League winners Atletico Madrid.
First legs to be played: 12th/13th/19th/20th February
Second legs: 5th/6th/12th/13th March
Europa League last 32 draw Arsenal will face BATE Borisov and Chelsea will play against Malmo. Celtic were drawn to face Valencia in a rather hard tie for Scotish Champions.
