Mbappe furious with PSG after season tickets video
Another week, another episode in the Mbappe – PSG saga. This time is all about the team’s next season players, as the French star fears that the 2023-2024 campaign will not include Lionel Messi and Neymar beside him. PSG removed the promotional video for next year’s season tickets, after Mbappe criticised their excessive use of his image and the fact that it didn’t include the other two huge names.

The video was all about Mbappe sitting in the Parc des Princes stands, expressing a monologue. He is accompanied by PSG fans and young players like Ismael Gharbi, Warren Zaire-Emery and Nuno Mendes. The 24-year-old attacker released a statement saying that he wasn’t informed about the video before it was published.
‘’I was never informed of that — I don’t agree with that video published. PSG is a top club and family — but it’s NOT Kylian Saint-Germain’’.
Despite helping the team to the fullest, scoring 31 goals already and providing for his teammates, Mbappe looks a bit confused about what to do next, regarding his presence in France. Rumour has it that he informed his inner circle that he is ready to become a Merengue in the summer of 2024, while his contract with PSG will be still active (until 2025).
It remains to be seen also what Messi and Neymar will decide. There is a global battle for him, including his boyhood club, Barcelona. He will be a free man in the summer deciding if he wants to stay in Paris, a place that never felt like home. It may be really hard to return to Spain (due to Barcelona’s financial issues), but all these speculations harm PSG’s image even more.
There is a veil of mystery over Neymar’s head. The Brazilian will miss the remainder of the season due to another multiple-month injury and the PSG board is frustrated with him. He was unable to fulfil the expectations created when he signed with a record transfer in 2017 and now all the possible sides review the situation day after day.
